The Reliance 2003 system has two parts: Emergency Call Monitoring System and  Phone Diagnostics Tool

EMERGENCY CALL MONITORING SYSTEM 
Emergency Call Monitoring System works with Ramtel phones that include an Emergency Call button as well as typical phone capabilities.  The system can monitor up to 4 separate phone lines, alerting the operator when it detects a ring on the Emergency System.

You can choose to continuously display the Phone Line status on your desktop. 
The Line Status function will display a color- coded button for each of the 4
possible lines.  The system can be set to automatically answer the phone after 
a specified number of seconds.

When the Reliance 2003 system detects an Emergency Call, the Line Number Emergency Call window displays on the screen.  There may be up to 4 Emergency Call windows displayed at any one time, if 4 phone line monitoring is being used.

The System stores information about each call and allows you to type a report at the time of the incident, as well as to add report information later.  You can customize Call Types and identify those Call Types that require the operator to record an Incident Report.

You can add one or more Incident Reports for an Emergency Call after the call has been recorded.  Although you can view Incident Reports, you cannot edit or change an existing report.

In addition to the Incident Report, you can create customized summary reports, such as an Incident Summary and a Call History.

The Incident Summary and Call History reports are based on your choice of 
Call Types, Phones and Time Period.

The systems keeps a history of incoming calls for as long as you wish.  At any 
time you may choose to archive the data history.

The system is secure, requiring users to log on with a Username and a Password.

 

 

PHONE DIAGNOSTICS
The Reliance 2003 provides a set of diagnostic tools to test the Ramtel phones in the system.  Phone diagnostics tests include phone line, Emergency and manual buttons, LED, microphone and speaker.

You can schedule regular test, as well as perform a manual test.

The scheduling options include Start Time, Start Date, End Date, Number of 
Retries before declaring a failure, Type of test (Daily, Weekly, Etc.) and Days 
of Week that the test will run.

You can also test a single phone or a selection of phones and view the test results.

The system keeps that data history of test diagnostics for as long as you wish.
At any time, you may choose to archive the file.

You can also create a Custom Report to summarize phone test.
